Every delivery includes an on-the-spot inspection.

When your package arrives, you have the right to inspect all items—including checking cosmetics packaging, skincare seals, apparel sizing, bags, footwear, and physical condition—in the presence of the courier before making payment.
2. Return & Refusal at the Door

Instant Returns: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations during inspection, you may return it immediately to the delivery driver without paying for the item.

No Post-Delivery Returns: Once you inspect your order and hand cash payment to the delivery driver, the sale is considered final. Due to the instant door-side inspection model and personal hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cash refunds after the driver has departed.
